Fly an Airplane, Be a Pilot!

A lot of people love airplane games. Airplane games, and especially flight simulator games, are very challenging and interesting, and one gets to be a pilot! Many people envy pilots because they have a job that’s fun and exciting. Flying an airplane is probably one of the most exciting jobs there is. For those who find office jobs boring, being a pilot is perfect because not only do you get to see different places but you also come face to face with challenges that are very exhilarating. But if you ask pilots about their job, you will find them telling you that it’s just like any other job. It’s exciting but can also become boring if you get used to the routines, but then there are occasional nerve-wracking moments that make the job challenging.

For most people, piloting looks like a very glamorous job. The pay is good and the job description is challenging and exciting. But what people don’t usually see is the risk that pilots take every time they fly an airplane. That’s why even trained pilots love to play airplane games and flight simulator games. When they play airplane games they get only the fun without the dangers and the tension.

Taking control of a very expensive machine like the airplane is an overwhelming task. It’s intriguing to see how pilots just casually touch dials and controls to bring an airplane off the ground. But the responsibility that rests on their shoulders is enormous. Whenever they fly an airplane, they are responsible for the lives of many people and millions worth of cargo. Piloting is more than just having fun. It is an extremely high-risk profession that entails serious business. Playing airplane games allows one to have almost real life experience without the fear of crashing and without the responsibility to human lives.

While many think that being a pilot is awesome and fascinating, it is not a job for everybody. It is only for those who are willing to undergo rigid training and committed to finish a challenging program of study. There are two options to being a pilot: military or civilian, both of them involve intensive flight simulation practice and airplane games are not at all very different.

If you choose to train to be a pilot in the military, you must be ready to commit many years of service after a year of pilot training. It is important that you have finished a college course and in perfect health and acceptable physical ability to be eligible to train. One of the perks of training in the military is that you get to use the best training equipment which would include complex jets.

If you choose to train as a civilian pilot, you can attend colleges or universities that offer two-year or four-year aviation degree courses together with commercial pilot training.  In some cities, there are technical schools that offer flight training certificate courses that you can finish in lesser time.

Once an airline hires you, you will be trained on the standard flying procedures. It is important that you display accepted cockpit behavior and follow standard piloting procedures to ensure safety during flying.

At the start of your training, you will be oriented on the company regulations and procedures. After this, you will learn the specific systems of the aircraft that you will fly. Then you will have several weeks training on a flight simulator with a partner. During this time, you will be trained to take off and land successfully, and to handle almost all kinds of emergency and problems during flights. You will learn how to work with your crew and in maneuvering an airplane.
